Apostle Gerald M. Fuller has faithfully served as the National Overseer of The Vine Christian Fellowship Ministries International, Liberia Chapter, since its reformation about 8 years ago. Recently ordained as Apostle for the Vine Ministries churches in Liberia, he continues to provide visionary leadership, spiritual guidance, and organizational oversight across a growing network of ministries.

Under his anointed leadership, the Vine Ministries have expanded their presence with churches now established in Montserrado, Bong, Nimba, Lofa, Grand Gedeh, Maryland, Grand Bassa, and Margibi counties, as well as internationally in the United States. Beyond the core Vine churches, more than 15 affiliated churches across Liberia have chosen to subscribe to his spiritual covering, mentorship, and apostolic teaching.

Apostle Fuller is not only a dedicated servant of God but also a seasoned professional. He serves as a Senior Engineer and Project Manager with the European Union Delegation to Liberia, where he has contributed his expertise for over nine years in national development and infrastructure.

He is married to Pastor Joy Miatta Fuller, a committed partner in ministry, and together they are blessed with three wonderful children: Marilyn, Geraldine, and Gifty.
